In March 2018, Windstream Enterprise acquired MASS Communications in an all cash transaction valued at $40 million. The acquisition added MASS's portfolio of small to mid sized enterprise clients to Windstream's business unit, while providing MASS customers access to Windstream's expanded network and cloud based services. Following the acquisition, Darren was appointed President of Resale for Windstream's Enterprise & Wholesale business unit.
