Darren Mass is a telecommunications entrepreneur and business advisor best known for founding MASS Communications in 2007, a New York based telecommunications network management company that he scaled to an eight figure exit.

Starting MASS Communications during the 2008 financial crisis, Darren grew the company into one of Inc. Magazine's 500 fastest growing private companies, making the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years.

In 2018,  Darren sold MASS Communications to Windstream Enterprise for $40 million. Following the sale, he briefly served as President of Resale for Windstream's Enterprise & Wholesale business unit before co-founding Brand Built, a business and personal branding community for entrepreneurs and professionals.

Today, through Brand Built and his advisory work, Darren helps founders build scalable companies, leverage Linkedin for business growth, and position for strategic exits.”

Valuation: $40 Million

In March 2018, Windstream Enterprise acquired MASS Communications in an all cash transaction valued at $40 million. The acquisition added MASS's portfolio of small to mid sized enterprise clients to Windstream's business unit, while providing MASS customers access to Windstream's expanded network and cloud based services. Following the acquisition, Darren was appointed President of Resale for Windstream's Enterprise & Wholesale business unit.
