Clint Hedin is a versatile serial entrepreneur, M&A advisor, and eCommerce pioneer with over two decades of experience building and exiting brands across the CPG, retail, and service sectors. Driven by the belief that entrepreneurship is a primary vehicle for life-changing opportunity, Clint has successfully navigated the full business lifecycle, from bootstrap to high-value exit, multiple times.
His journey began in 2002 with the launch of Ground Zero Paintball, an early eCommerce innovator that secured distribution with industry giants and served as a liquidation partner for traditional brick-and-mortar competitors. This early success served as the foundation for a career defined by scaling brands far beyond traditional limits.
A seasoned veteran of the "Aggregator" era, Clint sold three consumer product brands in 2018 before founding a specialized nutritional supplement company. In 2022, he successfully navigated the sale of that company to a prominent, venture-capital-backed Amazon aggregator. With an MBA and years of experience as a SCORE business mentor, Clint now leverages his deep operational knowledge to help fellow founders professionalize their businesses and maximize their valuations.
“An exit is the ultimate reward for the risks an entrepreneur takes. My mission is to ensure founders don't just sell their company, but that they capture the true value of the years of sacrifice and vision they’ve poured into their brands.”

Leveraging the scalability of eCommerce, Clint developed and grew a diverse portfolio of three Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. By focusing on strong supply chain distribution and digital-first marketing, he created a defensible market position that led to a successful strategic sale of all three brands in early 2018.
Following his 2018 exit, Clint founded a high-growth nutritional supplement company. By optimizing the brand for the Amazon ecosystem and maintaining rigorous financial hygiene, he positioned the company as a prime acquisition target during the height of the aggregator boom. The business was acquired in 2022 by a venture-capital-backed Amazon aggregator, validating Clint’s ability to build brands that meet the strict due diligence requirements of institutional buyers.
