Aaron Callaway is a software executive and technology founder recognized for his domain expertise in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience.

He served as the Managing Director of Fairchild Resiliency Systems, a Business Continuity Management (BCM) software firm that pioneered solutions for automating disaster recovery planning and integrating it with daily IT operations. Fairchild developed MaestroRS, a top-selling application natively built on the ServiceNow platform, earning prestigious awards as a key Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner.

Following the acquisition of Fairchild Resiliency Systems by ServiceNow in 2019, Aaron transitioned into a leadership role within ServiceNow's global team, focusing on go-to-market strategies for risk, resiliency, and security offerings.

Today, Aaron works with founders in the B2B software, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and technology services sectors—helping them build strong, platform-centric businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and prepare their companies for successful exits.

In 2019, Fairchild Resiliency Systems was acquired by ServiceNow, a leading AI-powered cloud platform, to extend its Risk portfolio. The acquisition brought Fairchild's specialized Business Continuity Management (BCM) capabilities, including its flagship MaestroRS application, directly into the Now Platform. This strategic deal allowed ServiceNow to offer customers a unified view of risk by bringing together operational, vendor, and IT risk management with automated disaster recovery planning, which was critical for helping midmarket and enterprise customers become more resilient. Aaron transitioned to a Global Go-To-Market leadership role following the acquisition.
