Todd graduated from Yale University where he was a 2-time MVP of Yale’s ice hockey team. After a year as a minor league hockey player in the San Jose Sharks and Toronto Maple Leafs organizations, Todd returned to school for his MBA at the University of Michigan where he graduated as Entrepreneur of the Year.

Todd went on to build and sell four companies over the next 25 years with offices in Boston, San Francisco, Chicago, New York and Detroit. After the sale of his last business in 2015, Todd has dedicated his time to educating his fellow founders about the M&A process and helping many of them maximize the sale of their businesses.

Today, Todd lives in Michigan with his wife and three children and enjoys tennis, golf and hockey whenever he gets a chance to play.

Brian graduated from Michigan Technological University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and as Captain of the Men's Basketball Team. After a four-year stint at Deloitte Consulting, Brian returned to school to get his MBA at the University of Michigan.

Brian went on to join his first startup, a Ford Motor Company Joint Venture, and cofound a technology and digital marketing services agency. Through those experiences, Brian embraced the opportunity to provide M&A education and support to his fellow business owners as they navigated their own entrepreneurial journeys.

Brian lives in Michigan with his wife, three kids and two dogs, and enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf.

Justin brings a rare blend of M&A strategy, founder insight, and technology expertise to the ExitWise team. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded BankerBox—a deal-marketing and M&A management platform—after starting his career at The Forbes M&A Group and Headwaters (now Capstone Headwaters). He later served as Vice President at North River Capital Advisors.

Since 2019, Justin has been Senior Manager of Product Marketing at Intralinks, shaping how global dealmakers present and close complex transactions securely and effectively.

As a founder who’s built, positioned, and supported M&A activity from the inside out, Justin knows what it takes to tell your company’s story in ways that move markets. His mission at ExitWise is to bridge technical rigor with founder empathy—so every exit is smarter, smoother, and more richly aligned with what matters most.
